This article analyzes the undergraduate thesis of physical education and training majors of Chengdu Institute of Physical Education and the scientific research status of the instructors with the methods of literature,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and interviews.It aims to reflect the current physical education training.The status quo of scientific research ability cultivation of professional undergraduates,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.Analysis shows that:1.Undergraduates majoring in physical education have a strong interest in participating in scientific research activities,and the number of regular participants in scientific research activities is relatively small;personal factors are the main driving force for students to carry out scientific research;the organization and promotion of scientific research in schools are not ideal;schools are teachers Students create relatively favorable conditions for scientific research,but the sharing of scientific research equipment is not close;students believe that the school's support for scientific research funds is average;the reasons for the loss of academic morality are caused by personal factors,school factors and management mechanisms.2.Physical education teachers have certain academic achievements in their own fields of study,but the research content involved is not deep enough;some teachers tend to be in the field of social science in the field of physical education research,the field of life science sports research content is less;The leading and training of scientific research literacy and scientific research practice.3.undergraduate scientific research ability training by a variety of factors,pay attention to the scientific research ability training process in the existence of various problems,Chengdu Sports College because of the differences in undergraduate training units,there are differences in the training curriculum of scientific research,the start of scientific research courses,the order and the schedule of learning needs to be further strengthened,The content of the scientific research method curriculum is beneficial to the students' in-depth study and understanding of the scientific research process and methods.4.The undergraduate's graduation thesis topics are rich in content,which can beclosely combined with teaching and practice,and the application-oriented course teaching has a clear guiding role for students' research directions;the thesis topic selection directions are diversified,but basically in line with the training direction of physical education training specialty;There are some problems in selecting the topic for graduation thesis,mainly including: the content of the topic is repeated,lack of innovation;the scope of the topic is too large,the expression of the topic text is not standardized;the problem of academic misconduct still exists.
