PCK is the short of subject teaching or teaching Content Knowledge (Pedagogical Content Knowledge), teachers must have a specific Knowledge:the teaching fact, concept, rule, principle, etc.,and should also have their own ability to change diffculity into ease for students to learn and understand.Mathematical concept is the starting point of learning mathematics.and one of the most basic composition unit of mathematical theorems, formulas and laws.we can say that the mathematical theory system is gradually established by mathematical concept; Mathematical concept is also the starting point ofstudents cognition,students in mathematics learning,and mathematics thinking. Therefore, the concept of learning is one of the core of mathematics learning.Functions knowledge is the foundation of the mathematical knowledge,its ideas and methods is an important thought and method of the human beings’ cognition of the objective world, the concept of function is the basis of students’ learning function and other mathematical knowledge. When carrying on the study of the concept of function, the vast majority of high school students there have a difficulty in understanding and application. So in his article we will research function concept teaching from the point of the Angle of PCKto help teachers understand the difficulty of students in learning function concept, and makethe corresponding teaching strategies.Based on the historical development of PCK, the connotation of subject specific topic PCK should include:(1) the content of the subject on a particular subject and its education value;(2) the relationship between subject on a particular subject and other content;(3) the experience and the possible difficulties in the process of a specific topic in learning for students;(4) helping students learnstrategies of this particular subject teaching.In this paper.we will study through literature analysis, the examination paper analysis method, interview method and other methods around the four problems of function concept.Through research and analysis, it is concluded that:the content of this research discusses the function concept teaching and education value, as well as the function and the connection between the concept and other mathematics content. Concepts and some basic functions including function model, the relationship between the function and equation, function and inequality. Through investigation and study, this study found that the possible difficulties of students’ function concept followed by the following aspects:the corresponding law, domain, the symbol, properties, applications, etc. Research also learned that the teachers for the main teaching strategies in the teaching of function concept is:appropriate use software, such as the geometry sketchpad. Combined with living examples in teaching content; Direct interpretation of abstract concepts, etc.On this basis, this paper give mathematics teacher puts forward some Suggestions in terms of function concept teaching.
