With computer networks in education and teaching applications to deepening people’s vision began to focus on the computer from the individualized instruction (human-computer interaction) gradually go to everyone interact through computers and computer networks carried concerns computer supported collaborative learning (CSCL) came into being. CSCL interaction through existing research found that if simply put learners in a common learning task in computer communication environment, does not guarantee the formation of effective collaborative learning. CSCL applications will emerge teachers do not know how to guide students to collaborate, students do not know how to interact effectively in order to maximize synergies play dilemma. Thus developed CSCL platforms or tools, in addition to providing learners with learning groups, the basic functions of the exchange of information, did not try to resolve concerns and to effectively guide the learner collaborative interaction in the process of promoting learner collaborative process issues. By analyzing these problems arises from the lack of effective coordination and interaction mechanisms CSCL-depth research.The study used a number of methods of literature study, questionnaires, interviews and so on. In this study, statistical analysis of the effective interaction and the factors currently affecting the CSCL collaborative learning through questionnaires and interviews.On the basis of a set of effective interaction based CSCL synchronized dialogue evaluation index.The index system consists of four index entry.The level of participation of learners, respectively, the interaction between the learner, the effectiveness of cognitive development and learner interaction and learner seventeen secondary indicators belongs.Under the relevant requirements of the index system based on the effective interaction of CSCL synchronous dialogue, the establishment of a collaborative learning process CSCL interactive guide effective policy framework, explicitly includes personal metacognitive learner, team organization and management, interaction design, interactive tools four dimensions to guide the use of strategies.
