Study On Patriotism Education Of College Students

Patriotism is the most basic social values and ethical requirements. It is a comprehensive concept, including emotion, rational knowledge and rational behavior. In the process of patriotism education and theory research, we can’t only excessive emphasis on a certain part, and should be analyzed and discussed systematically from an overall perspective. This paper will try to explore systematically the patriotic education of College students in Marx’s dialectical materialism and historical materialism, by cross-disciplinary integrated research, literature research, empirical investigation, based on the two dimensions of "to be" and "ought to beFirst of all, from the theoretical level, this part will describe the scientific connotation and characteristics of the patriotism and College Students’ patriotism education, to answer the question about "what college students patriotism education is".Second, from the practical level, this part will analyze the dimensions of the to be" and "ought to be" about College Students’ patriotism education. From the results of questionnaire survey, based on the two dimensions of the actual and the deserved, this paper will analyze current problems exist Students’ Patriotism Education, and analyze the cause of the problem by theory with practice, according to theory of Ideological and Political Education Environment.Finally, Starting from the two dimensions of "to be" and "ought to be", This part attempts to offer some thinkings about enhancing the effectiveness of College Students’ Patriotism Education, form task, idea, approaches and methods of education, in order to offer valuable suggestions in achieving "Ought to be reality" of college Students’ Patriotism Education.
