The rapid development and social change affected all areas. In particular, a new round ofadvancement technological change provide both opportunities and severe challenges fordevelopment of vocational education. Risks and opportunities, challenge and success coexist.The general trend of reform goes from simple job skills training towards overall quality oftraining. Such a move, for vocational students is of great significance, not only in their favorto adapt to the development of society as soon as possible,but conducive to the rapid changesin students’ social roles for their lifelong learning, enhancing the comprehensive vocationalability and laying a solid foundation. In this background, through careful thought and specificsurvey research, we found that experiential training for students in vocational training qualityhas significantly promoted. Based on wide application of experiential training in adulttraining, this study was selected aiming at designing application models to imrove the qualityof students in vocational education, highlighting the dominant position of students in learningthe, linking whant tehy learn and when they will use in life, so that students can tap what theycan and examine themslve bravely, surpass themselves and make a scientific future plan.We carry out the study by using the methods of researching, interview、survey、mathematical statistical、logical analysis and so on. The paper is a study of2011-2012undergraduates and2010-2012graduates in Qinhuangdao vocational technical school,Qinhuangdao municipal secondary vocational school and Qinhuangdao radio and televisionuniversity, we research and analyze the present situation on secondary vocational students inQinhuangdao,the result shows that it is a new thing to introduce outward Bound training invocational education, because it has a shorter time,lesser extent,and lack of experience.Secondary vocational students are short of understanding of outward Bound training,secondary vocational school’s lack of support in conduct propaganda implement, andexecution.The work is a heavy responsibility and a long course. It needs positive corporationof schools, teachers and students, to ensure development of the plan. The paper constructssix patterns about the combination outward Bound training and quality education ofsecondary vocational students and six modes in curriculum-developing preliminarily. we try to construct system between outward Bound training and secondary vocational students’comprehensive evaluation, so that secondary vocational schools promote students’ ownsynthesis quality better by outward Bound training.
