The task of higher vocational college is to cultivate high-quality skilled talents in the forefront. But with the enrollment expansion, many colleges neglect quality improvement and the students lack team spirit and team cooperation ability. Therefore, it is urgent to change talent training mode, update teaching methods to make sure that students can adapt to the needs of social and economic development.This thesis aims to introduce experiential team training into higher vocational college education in the point view of Marx theory, combined with characteristics of higher vocational college students and social requirements for them. Besides, the thesis proposes that the application of experiential team training to vocational education can fulfill the social requirements for special talents in the context of Anhui Water Conservancy College.Firstly, the thesis puts forward the aim and significance of the research, and then defines the concepts such as team training, experiential education and experiencing based on related study at home and abroad. Meanwhile, according to research on experiential education, team spirit and the comprehensive abilities of students in Anhui Water Conservancy College, the thesis points out that it is of great importance to carry out experiential education for college students.Secondly, the thesis elucidates theory basis of experiential education from the perspective of Marx theory by analyzing such theories as humanology, practical spirit, communicative theory, human comprehensive development and collectivism so as to provide theory support for implementing practical activities.Thirdly, the thesis analyzes the connotation of experiential team training education, reveals the essence of experiential education, summarizes the characteristics of experiential team training education, and expounds the objectives, contents and principles of experiential team training in higher vocational education.Fourthly, the thesis introduces how to implement experiential team training in higher vocational college, including course design, course standard and teaching methods. In addition, the thesis puts forward scientific system and the process for experiential team trainingFinally, the thesis expounds the evaluation of the progress of experiential team training through questionnaires and individual interviews and lists the achievements of it. In conclusion, it is of great significance to carry out experiential team training in higher vocational college.
