The main purpose of Work-integrated learning personnel training mode is tosolve the problem of graduate employment difficult reality, and the skilled talents whocan adapt to actual needs of society, have certain professional knowledge andpractical ability.It converting the previous classroom teaching into practice as theguidance for the center.The main task of vocational education is to train skilled person, its core is tocombined students’ theoretical study with practical work,and to make the schooleducation in conformity with the enterprise needs. In recent years, the combination ofvocational education training mode is recognised by many schools, they started to putresources to carry out this practice, and achieved, Professional skills of graduateswho were tranned in this way start to enter to many enterprise. However, at the sametime, with the development of work-integrated learning mode and thorough, theproblems of itself appeared more and more, these problems not only affect vocationaleducation, the enthusiasm of the enterprise, but also hindered the ascensionpromotion of overall human resources quality and the improvement of productionefficiency.Because of work-integrated learning in China started late, there are still someproblems in practise, it caused the work-integrated learning not to achieve asatisfactory effect. Both the external environment and the process of the cooperationare have problems. Such as enterprise and school was fit was not enough, thegovernment’s policy implementation is not effective, especially in our country, thereality of the Labour market is in oversupply situation, it is so easy to hire skilledperson. Work with schools were regard as a burden,in this situation a unilateralenthusiasm of the school and enterprise cold situation.Tthese phenomena havebecome the obstacles of work-integrated learning. Besides, work-integrated learningin many vocational school, The pattern of enterprises and schools cooperation is moresimple, such as: enterprise "named" class to training students, at the beginning of the school, the students and the school reach an agreement, but many enterprises do notparticipate in student2years of training in school, student graduation practice inenterprises is difficult to accept interns,"named" is not in practice; Or enterprise onlyto school funding, or cooperate with school construction of practice base, etc.,relatively speaking the pattern and content are all simple.The appears of these problems is because of the interests of the schools,enterprises is complex. For the school, they consider more for the development of theschool if further promoting work-integrated learning; For the enterprise, is the hope inthis mode bring yourself more human resources, and even cheap labor; For thestudents, how to make their own knowledge to be able to put this to use, can as soonas possible into the focus of the society and win posts is that they consider. In order torealize the real work-integrated learning, can guarantee the interests of three parties,and win-win, secondary vocational schools have the responsibility to multi-channelexploring this model, now to resolve problems in practice.In this article, the author adopts the method of case study method, to hebeieconomy management school different specialized technology combined with thestatus quo of implementation and the effect of the research and analysis, objectivelyreflect the combination of the main problems existing in the process, and analyzesseveral typical mode of work-integrated learning, in-depth study of the main factorsinfluencing the work-integrated learning effect, and on this basis, draw lessons fromforeign advanced experience, and with the reality of our country’s enhance theeffectiveness of the Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.In this paper, we study mainly the following several parts:First, the research and analysis of the actual effect of existingwork-integrated learning mode;Second, to explore the present stage deep reason of work-integrated learningmode can not meet the expected effect;Third, promote work-integrated learning effectiveness of Suggestions andcountermeasuresWork-integrated learning implementation by studying the hebei economic management school, analyses the problems existing in the secondary vocationaleducation work-integrated learning, discusses the corresponding countermeasures.Secondary vocational education technology combined with the practice in China hascertain reference significance. Improve the effectiveness of the research will make thecombination of school and enterprise more closely, thus ensuring the cooperationpattern of pop-culture perpetuation.
