Secondary vocational education has an important position in the national economic and social development,to improve the quality of applied talents of social needs,a growing number of secondary vocational schools are to implement work-integrated learning personnel training mode.Work-integrated learning mode emphasizes the students to work while learning,work and study,the combination of school and enterprise training together,practice has proved that work-integrated learning to promote students' practical ability and adapt to jobs needs has a positive effect.However,in the process of the implementation of the specific,work-integrated learning mode still has some problems,it need further exploration.In this paper,on the basis of literature review,using the survey method,observation method and case study method,work-integrated learning in secondary vocational schools to study the problems existing in the personnel training mode,and found that there are four problems,first,the enthusiasm of enterprises and schools to participate in the work of engineering is not high,the two is the theory and practice of teaching out of touch,the three is the lack of perfect practice base,the four is the school enterprise and teacher-student communication channels are poor.The reason of the problem is that the enterprises and schools combined with analytic hierarchy process is relatively low,the teacher is difficult to meet the needs of teaching practice,government funding of vocational education investment serious shortage,the lack of a unified network training platform.Face the problem and its reason,engineering supervision as a case,based on the CJ school in practice to explore work-integrated learning personnel training mode,the content including the talents cultivation target and implementation,design and construction of course system,teaching methods and evaluation methods,and finally the evaluation effect on practice,and puts forward improvement strategy of work-integrated learning personnel training mode.The improvement strategy includes four aspects to establish long-term cooperation benefit compensation mechanism,strengthen the construction of teachers,strengthen the construction of teaching resources and strengthen the teaching process management measures.
