From the middle to high school is an important stage of basic education.This phenomen isnot only because of the special nature of this phase, but also based on the presentationmaterial, psychological characteristics of students, curriculum standards, and many otherfactors. However, majority of high school freshman in the learning suited to the beginning ofa serious phenomenon, and this widespread phenomenon in mathematics performance of thisdiscipline is particularly significant. Moreover,due to the problem, studying characteristics ofhigh school freshman by the situation in order to identify the particularity of combiningmathematics crux.Meanwhile, to make reasonable suggestions for teachers teaching andstudents’ learning becomes imminent.This article used the way of interview and observation, and combined with relevant theoriesand previous studies to compulsory a function concept. For example, to identify the beginningof high school mathematics teaching problem of convergence (hereinafter referred to as "theproblem of convergence"). The main reason lies mainly from the teaching contents, teachers,students these three elements, while according to the reasons for the measures identified inteaching, from the characteristics of the students’ ages and mental development law starting todevelop practical teaching programs function concept, the concept of the function the specialstatus of the entire high school mathematics, in explaining the function of knowledge, theteacher should slow down, to help students get through the early rise of this "transitionperiod."This article is from theory to practice, appearing on high school students conductedin-depth analysis of the problem of convergence, and gives rationalization proposals andproposed throughout high school teaching of mathematics teaching ideas, so that studentsfrom the previous fear of mathematics from out of state, even like mathematics, mathematicseducation to improve the quality of teaching, but also for mathematics education reform hasplayed a valuable reference role in promoting quality education and innovative education.
