As one of necessary consciousness of modern citizens, legal consciousness has been listed in the training objectives of middle-school students’ ideology politics lessons nowadays. This thesis conducts an investigation of the current status of middle-school students’ legal consciousness, on the basis of which the author gets familiar with the current stage, arising problems and reason analysis of middle-school students’ legal consciousness and also puts forward solution strategies by analyzing the data. In the course of teaching teachers should set up correct legal notions, foster students’ constitutional supremacy idea and law supremacy idea and enrich the contents of legal consciousness education. With regard to teaching method, teachers are advised to start with case method and carry out experiential teaching method. In the process of experiential teaching, the setting of scientific experiential scenes in order to achieve virtuous classroom interactions has better pertinence and timeliness to the training of middle-school students’legal consciousness. |
