Research On The Cultivation Of The Awareness Of The Rule Of Law In High School Ideological And Political Courses In The New Era

According to the Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards for General Senior High Schools(2020 Edition),the awareness of the rule of law is written in the book as the core quality of the discipline.The cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law is an important part of the curriculum reform of the ideological and political discipline in senior high schools.At present,teachers of the ideological and political courses in senior high schools are thinking about how to cultivate students' awareness of the rule of law.The ideological and political class in senior high school bears the fundamental task of cultivating morality and educating people.Therefore,the ideological and political class in senior high school,as the main front,begins to play the role of cultivating students' legal consciousness.In this context,the majority of high school ideological and political teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of students' awareness of the rule of law,and gradually improve students' awareness of the rule of law.Based on high school students of the rule of law consciousness cultivation countermeasure research as the key point,is mainly to the present situation of high school students consciousness of rule of law and culture,through the questionnaire and teacher interview,analysis of the present status of the high school students consciousness of rule of law,and through the analysis to find out the current problems existing in the high school students in the aspect of the rule of law consciousness,put forward the corresponding measures to train their consciousness of rule of law,To help high school ideological and political teachers more effectively cultivate students' awareness of the rule of law.Through the research,this paper found that most of the high school students have a good overall situation of legal awareness,but there are still some problems in some specific aspects.There are mainly the following problems: First,the channels for students to acquire legal knowledge are single;Second,the teacher curriculum standard analysis is not deep enough;Thirdly,there is a deviation in the concept of teacher training;Fourth,the lack of legal curriculum resources development.Through the study of the above problems,the following countermeasures are summarized: first,using deep learning to cultivate students' rational knowledge of the rule of law;Second,sort out the legal information in textbooks to improve teachers' legal literacy;Third,teaching with the new curriculum standards to enhance students' awareness of the rule of law in various aspects;Fourth,use more resources to develop the school-based curriculum of rule of law.This part of the study focuses on the implementation of countermeasures,has a certain feasibility.The innovation of this paper lies in that it systematically sorts out the contents related to the consciousness of the rule of law contained in the ideological and political textbooks of high schools in the form of tables,reflecting the complementarity of the consciousness of the rule of law and the content of the textbooks.Based on the research of high school thought political lesson of the rule of law consciousness cultivation,not only can increase the related topics of research Angle of view,enrich its theory content,as well as to better guide the high school political lesson teacher to train students' awareness of the rule will be high school political lesson is combined with the rule of law consciousness to cultivate better,promote the development of high school students of the rule of law consciousness education activities.
