Analysis And Optimization Of Teaching Staff Performance Assessment In Chinese Private College

So far from the reform and opening, our Chinese private higher education has developed a lot. But there are still many problems in these colleges, such as the low management level and the instability of teaching staff. These problems have prevented the improving of the teaching level of the colleges. In order to establish a pedagogue team of having solid polity quality, sophisticated business skill, reasonable structure, and stable personnel, the private higher colleges should have scientific and reasonable performance assessment in their campus. Only if the performance assessment is carried out efficiently, the teachers can be encouraged actively and be improved efficiency and quantities. Presently, the teacher performance assessment system of our Chinese private colleges has so many problems, such as the uncertainty of the assessment aim and goal-directed, the inexpedient of the index design, the arbitrariness of the assessment players and so on. For above issues, based on the theories of the performance assessment, this paper analyzed the causes of the problems of the performance assessment of our Chinese private colleges. And it optimizes and designs the performance assessment system of the private colleges about the assessment principals,aims,index systems and so on. It also offers the security system of the performance assessment system. At last, this paper takes xprivate college for example, states clear the principals of the teacher performance assessment system, makes the reasonable and practical assessment system, promotes the assessment indexes, strengthens the thought emphasizes, increases the special funds and so on.
