With the population increasing and the need for talents going on,human resources have become the strategic issue for the enterprise's existence and development.Human resources determines the enterprise's core competitiveness and the competition among enterprises is by nature the completion of human resources.Just as payment management is the core of human resource management,the design of payment mechanism is the important part of payment management and performance achievement is the striving target for the enterprise.With the fierce market competition,a growing number of enterprises improve their holistic work performance,perfect human resource management and realize long-term vision by combing performance and payment in an effective way.The establishment of reasonable and scientific motivation mechanism is of strategic significance to enhance the enterprise's competitiveness,keep its developing advantage and promote its sustainable development.With DHL Educational Counseling Co.Ltd.as the research object,considering the feature of educational counseling industry,enterprises' development and operational strategy,this paper focuses on the study of its payment mechanism design.Firstly,on the basis of relevant payment and performance management theory,this paper provides an analysis of the existing problems faced by the company and the causes of those payment management problems.Secondly,according to the company's operation status,after a scientific evaluation of the position,performance evaluation,sorting and pointing methods,an investigation of external market payment system,this paper attempts to design a reasonable and feasible payment mechanism based on position salary and dominated by performance payment.The new compensation system design scheme aims to solve the compensation problem of DHL company,which is urgent to solve,and human resource management problems,improve the incentive pay system,reduce the loss of personnel,and improve teachers' performance.At the same time,on the basis of dealing with the practical problems in DHL company,,the new compensation system of the safeguard measures puts forward constructive suggestions about the future of the new pay system,and makes every effort to make the optimized salary system produce more lasting value and to enjoy new vitality for the DHL company.
