In the21st century, the Communist Party and all the Chinese people of all ethnic groups’s dream is to build China into a more prosperous modern socialist country. At the same time, the rapid progress in science and technology which is represented by high developed information technology, biological technology and its relevant industry, deeply influence the nations’politics, economic, military, culture, etc.To build the cultivation model of the Inner Mongolia scientific talents is often critical to the elevation of the Inner Mongolia innovative ability, core competitiveness and economic and social development; To study the Inner Mongolia science and technology talent training is to provide theoretical support and practical reference value of the science and technology talents training work.On the basis of collecting a large amount of statistical data and integrating the use of the knowledge of the human resource management and statistics, this paper, which is combined the qualitative and quantitative methods, explains the Inner Mongolia collaborative innovation training mode which unites government, enterprises, education, research.The key to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of talent is to innovative talent training mode, for the development of science and technology talents is also one of the most important aspects. In view of the current abuses in science and technology talent training, this paper which is based on the analysis of the main regional economic characteristics, development of pillar industries and demand situation, focuses on the research how to strive to update education idea, advance the professional structure design, reconstruct science and technology talent training plan, optimize the teachers team construction and strengthen the experimental training conditions. Apart from the School-enterprise cooperation, this paper can explore the reformation of Inner Mongolia talent training mode which is suit for the system of talents training.
