With the implementation of the Collaborative Development of Beijing-TianjinHebei,new changes have taken place in the demand for vocational talents in the economic development trend of promoting the rapid development of emerging industries,which is guided by economic transformation and upgrading.In recent years,the research results of the talent training model in colleges and universities are quite abundant,but the research on the talent training model in vocational schools is relatively few.Based on the development history,present situation,innovative design and reform path of the vocational education talent training model in China,this paper starts from the analysis of the talent demand in markets by vocational schools,puts forward to the argument that vocational schools need to cultivate talents of craftsman-type more than of any other type on the basis of combing and drawing lessons from the traditional research achievements,such as the positioning of training objectives,core curriculum,the construction of teachers team,the construction of practical training bases,and the cooperation between schools and enterprises.This paper probes into the innovation of the current thoughts on talents training in vocational education by means of drawing lessons from and absorbing the quintessence of the advanced training mode of craftsman-type talents,and shows that the cultivation of craftsman in vocational schools is of great practical significance after analyzing the achievements of the vocational education reform in Hebei Province and the practice of Langfang Vocational School.Therefore,the training of craftsman-type talents should be the top priority of current vocational schools.It is proposed that the cultivation of craftsman-type talents should not only take it seriously for the students to learn "skills",but also to learn "virtues".It is necessary to further strengthen the educational achievements of craftsman-type talents in "virtue and skill" in reality to promote the craftsman-type talents to cultivate their soul and skill innovation.Within the background of the Collaborative Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,it is believed that school administrators of decision-making should make full use of the opportunity of upgrading and adjusting the industrial structure,which is triggered by the adjustment of functional positioning of Langfang and its surrounding areas,to make policiesquickly,and realizes fast the butt joint of the school training goal and the industry demand,cultivating talents together with enterprises to improve adaptability to the market and the foresight to train talents.At the same time,practical ability is the fundamental core of vocational education.With the upgrading and transformation of regional industrial structure,artisans will be favored by enterprises.The paper analyzes and compares the spirit of craftsman and the training mode of craftsman-type talents at home and abroad,and generalizes the preliminary exploration in training craftsman-type talents in Langfang Vocational school;hereby the innovative mode of“Five-in-One”is put forward to in craftsman-type talents training.
