| Postgraduate education plays an important role to cultivate innovative high-level specialized talents, which is the highest level of education in China. The plan Ministry of Education established in 2005 for postgraduates innovative education clearly indicated that cultivating and promoting the innovation ability is fundamental goal of postgraduate education, which is also the key to improve the quality of postgraduate education. Government-enterprises-university-academy-user pattern produces important impact on promoting the postgraduates’ innovation ability and cultivating high-level innovative specialized talents. The government-enterprises-university-academy-user pattern is an integrated creative thinking,whose aim is combining government, enterprises, university, academy, and the requirements of user, achieving optimal resource allocation, maximizing the benefits and realizing mutual benefits. Government-enterprises-university-academy-user pattern demands that innovation subject owns excellent innovative quality, function tutor adequately, postgraduates participate in research practice widely, and build excellent innovation environment. The article focuses on master degree candidate in university, combining the requirements of government-enterprises-university-academy-user pattern, and devoting to explore the factors influencing the postgraduates’ innovation ability in government-enterprises-university-academy-user pattern. The research in article possesses good practical significance and research value.First, summarizing previous studies, defining the concepts of postgraduates’innovation ability and government-enterprises-niversity-academy-user pattern, analyzing the requirements of government-enterprises-university-academy-user pattern to innovation subject, effects from tutor, research practice and innovation environment, which is theoretical basis of article. Then we establish the model of influencing factors of postgraduates’ innovation ability in government-enterprises-university-academy-user pattern,elaborating the mechanism of action from the perspective of innovation subject, effects from tutor, research practice and innovation environment, and we put forward research hypothesis.Next, we design questionnaire, carry out empirical investigation, produce descriptive statistical analysis based on collective data and test the reliability and validity, basic statistical results of sample indicate that samples have relatively good representative, besides, the results of reliability and validity test are good. We use structural equation model to produce empirical analysis to established theoretical model, according to model fit index, we can see that there is excellent degree of fitting between theoretical model and actually observed data,theoretical model is acceptable. We can analyze the influencing factors of postgraduates’innovation ability in government-enterprises-university-academy-user pattern from the perspective of innovation subject, effects from tutor, research practice and innovation environment. Finally,we analyze and discuss obtained real diagnosis analysis result deeply,and based on that, we put forward the countermeasure of promoting postgraduates’innovation ability in government-enterprises-university-academy-user pattern from the perspective of expanding the depth and breadth of postgraduates in participating in the scientific research practice, enhancing the innovation consciousness and innovation quality of postgraduates, developing high level and high quality tutors, constructing good environments for promoting postgraduates’ innovation ability, respectively. |
