Research On Collaborative Innovation Of University Talents Cultivation Model

With the changing of current structure of world economy, innovation has been the primary driving force in social and economic development and knowledge innovation also has been the core element of national competitiveness. Under this circumstance, developing human resources and fulfilling innovation have become national strategic choice. University which gathers intellects is responsible for talent cultivation, scientific research, serving society and cultural inheritance. It places an important role in collaborative innovation system, which regards as the combination point of science and technology and human resources. Because collaborative innovation is lack of correct guideline in educational field, it exposes some problems in talents cultivation model, which restricts universality, osculation and depth of collaborative innovation of university talents cultivation model. Against era background and development status, it is necessary to discuss related theories about collaborative innovation and talents cultivation model, which is important in development of higher education.From collaborative innovation viewpoint, the thesis analyzes the relation between collaborative innovation and university talents cultivation model and explains times characteristics of collaborative innovation of university talents cultivation model. Based on analyzing malpractices of talents cultivation seeing university as the single subject, it generalizes advantages and practical conflicts which multi-subjects such as authority, university, scientific research institution and industry and enterprise take part in the process of talents cultivation. What’s more, it discusses American typical models of multi-subjects participating in cultivation of innovative talents, including "Juxtaposing Model","Alternating Model","Detroit Model","Project Model" and "ACE". The above models represent people-oriented educational principal, which provides experience for our collaborative innovation of university talents cultivation model, namely, exerting multi-subjects effects, enforcing knowledge transformation among multi-subjects, enhancing information communication and evaluation, reforming curriculum system and attaching importance to courses project. At last, based on above deficiencies, American experience and our university practice, it raise following three principles on collaborative innovation of university talents cultivation model, that is instructive, coordination and mutual benefit. It puts forward three models, namely, authority-university-industry and enterprise model; scientific research institution-university-industry and enterprise model; industry and enterprise-university model. It gives some ideas of mechanism construction on collaborative innovation of university talents cultivation model, including interest coordination mechanism, objective coordination mechanism and policy coordination mechanism.
