This article is based on"National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)" in China's basic education from the popularization stage to improve the quality of the stage in 2010 and the Ministry of Education in 2012 "higher education innovation plan-",encouraging universities to explore adapted to different needs of the collaborative innovation model in the context of research.In this paper,I take Guangxi Education College and Chongzuo basic education "Quality improvement project" as a case,to carry out research on the school to coordinate innovation.The first part of the thesis expounds the research background and significance of the paper,defining the main concepts involved in the paper and summarizing the main contents and main research methods of the research on the collaborative innovation at home and abroad.The second part introduces and summarizes the theory involved in this paper,and as the theoretical support of this paper,it lays the theoretical foundation for the case study of school-based collaborative innovation,including collaborative innovation theory and governance theory.The third part is the introduction of the case study of the paper,on the basis of the analysis of the background of the case,the case of the formation of the case,the case preparation,implementation and supervision process to sort out,introduced the Guangxi Education College and Chongzuo The main contents of the "Quality Improvement Project" of the basic education of the left city include the objectives of the sixteen projects of the four modules of the education module and the research module,the long module,the shortcomings module and the basic module,and the way to solving them.The fourth part is the evaluation of the case of the research,mainly using the collaborative strategy of "strategic-knowledge-organization"three-dimensional analysis framework,from the "Quality improvement project" strategic coordination level,knowledge coordination level and organizational collaboration level of engineering collaboration Quality and effectiveness of the analysis,summed up the implementation of the project has been achieved,however,there are still some shortcomings,and it needs to put forward their own recommendations.Through the study of'Quality Improvement Project" about Guangxi Education College and Chongzuo City,on one hand,it helps to enrich the theoretical research of collaborative innovation and break the previous school-to-school collaborative model and cultivate customized talents from the school to the school Local customization program,sending the team of experts to promote the development of local education development;on the other hand,by summing up the Guangxi Education College and Chongzuo City basic education "Quality improvement project" school collaborative innovation and practical experience for the institutions of higher learning Innovation to provide reference,it helps to improve the basic education quality of local government and provide new ideas and new methods for them.
