Since the reform and opening up, especially after China’s accession to WTO, China has been the rapid development of economy, people’s living standards have been greatly improved.2008Beijing Olympics made the life of people have further contact sports and offers significant opportunities for the development of China sports industry. As a part of the sports industry, the importance of the sporting goods industry has been increasing in recent years. Targeting this opportunity, local sporting goods companies expand the scale, dominate the market, while continuing emergence of a new sporting goods manufacturing company. Foreign giants of the sporting goods approached this market, expect to be able to share benefit in this huge market. This made China sports goods industry a complex pattern which is full of opportunities and challenges. Nike, Adidas are recognized worldwide, on behalf of the United States and Europe, the highest industry standards. At the same time, Li Ning brand, Anta are currently two largest sporting goods company in China. Currently, in this fierce competition, Nike, Adidas, led by foreign brands accounted for an absolute advantage to Li Ning brand, Anta, led by local brands are faced with a variety of adverse situation.The business model is "a comprehensive statement to make money and maintain of profit streams", is an important object of study business management, finance, economic in recent years. This paper expects to compare, analyze and summarize the applicable sporting goods industry business model component and evaluating the four company at home and abroad by the model component. Meanwhile, the use of idea-business model innovation to solve the current difficulties faced by industry, which is China’s sporting goods industry out of the woods, continue to develop and enhance the international competitiveness of lasting significance is very important.
