The tutoring industry in primary and secondary schools is an important part of Chinese education.After nearly 30 years of development,there are millions of organizations in the tutoring industry,but most of them are small in scale,poor in product quality and difficult to develop.KB Education Company is one of the representative ones.The company was established in Beijing in 2009 and implemented the “Beijing+ third/fourth-tier cities” strategy.After nearly 10 years of expansion,it currently has more than 100 campuses across the country and employs more than 2,000 people.However,it has encountered three major problems: difficulty in enrollment,low repeat purchase rate,and low net interest rate since 2018.The essence of these three problems is low customer satisfaction.To solve the above problems,this article uses the macro-environment analysis model and the six-element model of the micro-environment to analyze the internal and external operating environment of KB Education Company.It is found that the internal and external environments of KB Education Company have undergone tremendous changes,but the company coordinates the internal and external environment.However,The mechanism of company for coordinating internal and external environments-the business model has not been adjusted in time,which is the main reason for the above problems T.herefore,the author chose the TCH business model theory from the perspective of customer value to innovatively reconstruct the business model of KB Education Company.According to the analysis of the current business model of KB company based on the TCH business model theory,it is found that the company is at the junction of expert and professional in terms of value realization spectrum and is in the stage of symbiotic relationship in terms of product-service dependence,which lags behind the current enterprise scale and Development speed.The business model of KB Education must evolve to a professional one in terms of value realization spectrum and the product-service dependency relationship must evolve to the symbiosis stage,based on this and combined with the specific business environment and the company’s strategic goals.To this end,a specific restructuring strategy was proposed: Increassing and maintaining capital and organizational investment through the establishment of a customer value-oriented human resource system to enhance and develop the value realization spectrum of compangy;by optimizing products,upgrading services,and renewing brands Promote strategies to promote the consistent development of enterprise-customer cognition;Further developing the product-service interdependence by optimizing the handling of customer needs and strive to reach the stage of symbiosis;Increase financing,adjust management system of company,support the expansion strategy of company,expand scale and market share,and achieve economies of scale.Based on the above-mentioned business model restructuring and implementation strategy,the KB education company after the business model restructuring should be able to get rid of the current problems and achieve a leap in business model.Through the analysis and reconstruction research of KB education company’s business model,this paper hopes to provide similar companies with experience and theoretical support to point out a feasible path for the healthy development of K12 education and training industry.
