The Impact Study Sports Association External Social Capital And Absorptive Capacity On Community Undertaking Service Ability

As the development of "service-oriented government" and "the service society",the government to purchase of public services and thorough going efforts to promote social organization,sports club ushered in the new opportunity of development.At the same time,sports associations are also facing new challenges,how to get to undertake the government purchase of public services,how to provide both satisfy stakeholders and let the audience happy to public sports service,how to obtain and make use of the best resources,how to backed in market competition,These are challenges for the sports community to undertake service ability.Based on the theory of knowledge,this study attempts to explore the relationship between sports association external social capital and community undertaking service ability from the perspective of absorptive capacity.According to the Sports association related literature,this study hackles the external social capital to absorptive capacity and service undertaking ability,combing the relationship between absorptive capacity and undertaking service ability,with Yangtze river delta region sports associations,an empirical research used structural equation model to test.Explore external social capital to sports community undertake the influence mechanism of service capability,clarify the sports community to undertake external social capital and absorptive capacity and the relationship between the service ability,for the sports association to undertake the service ability to provide the relevant theoretical and practical support.Research shows that: Sports association,absorptive capacity,there is significant correlation between service ability and to undertake external social capital,the external social capital and absorptive capacity are two important factors to affect the ability of the receiving service.Under the condition of without considering the absorption ability,sports association to undertake external social capital has significant positive effect to the promotion service ability.Sports association improve the corporate internal and external trust,learn and master related jargon and terminology by strengthening its social relation network of breadth and depth and,make efforts to improve the corporate external social capital level,can effectively promote the society to undertake the service ability of ascension;Overall,absorptive capacity plays an intermediary role in the process on the outside of the sports community social capital affect the ability of the receiving services,the sports associations actively carry out exchanges and cooperation associated with external organizations and individuals to identify the external value and the owner of the new knowledge,obtain more beneficial to the society in the development of new knowledge and share and application in this community,it increase the absorptive capacity of community,community can be implemented to undertake service capacity significantly increased.
