The current,the country attaches great importance and vigorously support the secondaryoccupation education, the secondary occupation education strong development is in urgent needof a large number of high-quality “double-type” teachers,the special requirements of secondaryoccupation education training goal of health occupation school teachers quality,the emphasisand difficulty of “double-type” teachers is the construction in secondary health school teachersteam construction,but also reflect the characteristics of occupation health education,andimprove the quality of education and teaching is the key.with the development of our national economy,the people’s level and higher requirementsfor medical service,also increasing requirement of secondary occupation education,at present,training of “double-type” teachers has become a difficult problem for the secondary occupationhealth school development,and become to improve the quality of a bottleneck impedingsecondary occupation health education.Through the investigation of Guangdong Province,The Heyuan Health School“double-type” teachers troop present situation investigation. through the analysis of existingand discussion problems on the present situation of“double-type”teachers team building,thesecondary occupation school “double-type” teachers culture significance,for useful discussionand discussion on how to improve the secondary occupation education culture and theconstruction of“double-type” teachers,put forward to strengthen strategies and suggestions onthe construction of “double-type” teachers:first is to improve policies and regulations,topromote the construction of “double-type” teachers;second is the contact with industrypractice,improve the criteria for identification of “double-type” teachers;third is to strengthenthe school enterprise cooperation,improve the “double-type” teachers management and trainingmechanism;fourth is to further improve the evaluation of “double-type” teachers and incentivemechanism.
