Life is a process,is a continuous acquisition of survival experience,survival ability,continuous learning self-improvement process.Parl Lengrand,the founder of the theory of lifelong education,said in "Introduction to Lifelong Education" : "The world has long since ceased to fit the image that we gradually built up in our childhood.It has become incomprehensible to them,and will soon become hostile." Therefore,we should be lifelong learners and flexible in responding to the dynamic changes in the world.In Chinese culture,"Book of Rites · Book of Learning" also said: "a good singer,let people follow his voice;Good teachers make people follow their music." Only when teachers have the ambition of lifelong learning can they influence students to have the ambition of lifelong learning.Teachers are people with ideals and aspirations,and students can become those who teach them.In order to understand how middle school music teachers constantly summarize experience in their professional life,self-improvement and self-development will affect students’ self-improvement and self-development,the author chooses to go deep into the professional learning and life of four middle school music teachers,and carries out the following research:First of all,related research on the topic of lifelong learning is reviewed,and the concept of lifelong education and lifelong learning,the concept of teachers’ professional quality,and the significance of lifelong learning to teachers,society and human beings are sorted out,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the research on the lifelong learning of middle school music teachers.Second,using literature method,interview method,narrative method,respectively,to understand the two old teacher,a middle-aged teacher,a young teacher’s professional life studying the status quo,analysis of gain and loss situation of middle school music teachers’ lifelong learning,found that the middle school music teachers in the following two problems: learning content single lack of diversification,mainly to enhance the professional skills;Teachers lack initiative in lifelong learning and mainly rely on teaching and research activities.Thirdly,in view of the current situation of middle school music teachers’ lifelong learning,the reasons are analyzed from two aspects of external environment and internal factors: the external environment is the solidification of textbooks,which leads to the difficult innovation of middle school music teachers’ teaching content;The pressure of survival leads to no time for teachers to learn;In addition,teachers also have to bear the mental pressure of students,which makes teachers have no energy to study.It is difficult to assess the professional title of middle school music teachers,which leads to the lack of motivation for teachers to learn.In terms of internal factors,the individual physiological and psychological needs of middle school music teachers cannot be satisfied,which affects learning motivation and lacks self-development consciousness.In view of the above reasons,this thesis puts forward some suggestions to improve the lack of lifelong learning of middle school music teachers and enhance their professional quality.
