In the twenty-first century, an education for the first century, a lifelong learning, thelearning of the century. Thus, lifelong education, learning society, lifelong learning concept isgenerally accepted by the world and become an important guiding ideology of the reform ineducation, In the concept of lifelong learning in the popularization and deepening, theimportance of school education status was further highlighted. Because the school earlyeducation is learners to form positive learning attitudes, habits of lifelong learning, trainingthe initial and the best period of lifelong learning ability, and the period of the formation ofthe concept of learning will be accompanied by the learners for life. So in this case, theteacher as the concept of lifelong learning and carry out the practice, its position is the priorityamong priorities, and physical education teachers as a branch of a group of teachers, but alsoinevitably in the tide of lifelong learning difficulties, talent showing itself. We also know, theprofessional development of teachers has become a focus of educational reform, in thiscontext, research on the professional development of PE teachers is also gradually thorough,so this article from the concept of lifelong learning of PE teachers professional development,looking for lifelong learning relation concept and sports teacher professional development,and teachers of physical education for life the idea of learning how to realize professionaldevelopment research.To define and analyze the concept of this paper by using the method of literature, logicalanalysis and other research methods of lifelong learning, professional development, the PEteacher professional development needs the guidance of the concept of lifelong learning,while the concept of lifelong learning can greatly promote the professional development ofteachers, and on the basis of the professional development of PE Teachers under the conceptof lifelong learning, that is: strengthening self-directed learning, the establishment of sportsteachers subjectivity consciousness; expand the sports teacher professional development way,society of lifelong learning; implement the education integration mode of physical educationteachers, physical education teachers in the construction of lifelong education system; for thedevelopment of physical education teachers, practice the concept of lifelong learning; set upthe practice of thinking, focus on the training of physical education teachers practical wisdom.At the same time, according to the particularity of the physical education teachers fromthe teachers of other subjects, this paper from the lifelong physical education practice,enhance the sports humanistic care, strengthen the research of sports teaching methods,innovation and deficiency, a detailed analysis of the current physical education teacherprofessional development present situation six aspects of the construction of sports teachers’professional ethics and the conversion of the role of physical education teachers pay attentionto, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in order to make the PEteachers professional development into practice, will be the concept of lifelong learningthrough it, the practical realization of PE teachers professional development.
