The management of students’daily behavior standards in vocational school has been alwaysthe factor to restrict vocational schools’ development and scale. Therefore, it’s a very importantpractical significance to implement innovation management in vocational school. This papertakes the example of ‘6S’ management in Puning Vocational School of Guangdong(‘6S’management is originated from Japan. It means the following six projects: seiri, seiton, seisoh,seiketsu, shitsuke and safe.), discusses and investigates the implementation of ‘6S’ managementin vocational schools. Firstly, according to the analysis to production and teaching’s combinationand school-enterprise cooperation, it determines the basic management to implement6Smanagement in vocational school. This paper outlines the objectives of ‘6S’management, who toimplement or what to be implemented, and it’s management architecture etc. It also establishesthe field of ‘6S’ management in exemplary vocational school. Secondly, this paper proposes thefollowing four principles of ‘6S’ management in exemplary vocational school. Taking the modelof ‘5S’ in enterprise. Taking measures that suit the school’s circumstances. Emphasizing theclosely combination between ‘6S’ management and school moral education. Constantly refiningthe theory of ‘6S’ management in vocational school. Then with the Analysis to the implement inschool-enterprise cooperation and in social participation etc, it elaborates the way to implement‘6S’ in model vocational school, and focuses on the main strategy. Finally, this paper introducesthe effect of implementing ‘6S’ management in exemplary vocational school and its influence toPuning Vocational School.Pursuing the ‘6S’ management in vocational school is the effective ways and means tocultivate students’ professional competence and accomplishment. The six elements of ‘6S’management are mutually reinforcing and having a close relationship with each other. They haveformulated a relatively complete system. This paper discusses the strategy of implementing ‘6S’management in exemplary vocational school and research on some related issues. To a certainextent, it enriches the theoretical study on vocational education management. It plays anexemplary and guidance role in vocational education management and construction of moralculture. So it has a theoretical and practical significance.
