| China is a multiethnic country. The development of education of the ethnic minorities related to the advance of the modernization in China. An important way to enhance the ethnic minorities’ quality and develop the ethnic minority education is to build a qualified ethnic minority teachers’team. However, the education in ethnic minority region is influenced by complicated natural and social environment. Compared with region where the Han nation people live, the ethnic minority region has many disadvantages. Weak foundation of education, low investment in education and slow development are all influencing the development of education in ethnic minority region in China.In the process of setting up the teachers’team, there are still many difficulties that have to be solved.This paper focuses on the current situation of teachers’ team in the Mongolian primary school in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Sunid Right Banner. This study uses both quantitative and qualitative survey for investigating Mongolian teachers’ current situation including their attitude toward work, the organization of teachers’team. By analyzing the history, system, policy, this paper tries to find a practical way to improve the development of the Mongolian primary school teachers’team. |
