A Research On Erdos’s Social Security Measures Of Poor Family Planning

At present, the social medical care, old-age pension system in China is still in the state of coexistence of family support and community support. As a product of the family planning policy, the Government and the community should undertake basic economic resources to support the families practicing family planning’s social security and responsibility for providing social security services resources. Only when social security principal divisions of responsibility do their part and form a safeguard mechanism of common and shared responsibility can they have effective response and mitigation to the present family planning social security risks and difficulties faced by poor families.In recent years, the socio-economic development of Erdos has achieved significant results. On the basis of national, autonomous region’s fully implementing related reward incentives, it introduced a family planning poor families subsidies, dilapidated building renovation and endowment insurance policies for poor college students aid measures to ease the lives of poor families and they have played a positive effect. But at this stage the city’s supporting poor families in family planning is still at a low level, in improving these families to develop the social security system of family planning, including the specific areas of support, direction of support, strength of support, and other quantitative indicators, there is a lack of theoretical support and we have an urgent need for research to enhance support for family planning from poor families about the validity of the scientific nature of policy development and policy implementation.Based on the analysis of the current preferential policies for families practicing family planning reward performances in Erdos, and through the family planning survey research from poor families in the city, this essay tries to analyze and has mastered conditions of the city’s family planning status, distribution, the causes of poverty, and it has put forward suggestions, which provides reference and decision-making basis for relevant policies and measures.
