Objective: To explore the effects of 24 simplified Taijiquan on college students' reaction ability,proprioceptive ability,balance ability,orientation ability,rhythm adaptability ability and action cognitive ability,and to provide theoretical basis and suggestions for cultivating and improving college students' sports coordination ability.Methods :Using the methods of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics,40 ordinary students of Jinan University were recruited to carry out the experiment.According to the gender,height and weight of the subjects,20 people were divided into Taijiquan group and control group,each group had a ratio of 1:1male and 1 female.Taijiquan group conducted Taijiquan training three times a week for 90 min,for 12 consecutive weeks.In addition,only physical activities needed for daily life were carried out;in addition to physical activities required for daily life and sports extracurricular activities,No other additional sports activities were carried out in the control group.The indexes of reaction ability,proprioceptive ability,balance ability,orientation ability,rhythm adaptability and action cognition ability of 40 subjects were tested before and after the experiment,and the overall coordination ability before and after the experiment was evaluated.Data are represented by the mean addition and subtraction standard deviation(x±s).The pre-test data of Taijiquan group and control group,the post-test data T Taijiquan group and control group were tested independently,the pre-test and post-test data of Taijiquan group and the pre-test and post-test data of control group were tested T paired samples.And the data were analyzed by principal component analysis.Results:(1)After 12 weeks of simplified Taijiquan training,the response ability,proprioceptive ability,balance ability,orientation orientation ability,hand and foot coordination ability,movement cognition ability and overall coordination ability of Taijiquan experimental group were enhanced to varying degrees,but there was no significant change in rhythm sensory difference ability.(2)After the experiment,there was no difference in response ability,proprioceptive ability,balance ability,orientation ability,rhythm ability and overall coordination ability in the control group after the experiment.The results matched the situation that the control group did not carry out regular sports during the experiment.(3)Compared with the experimental group and the control group after experimental intervention,there were differences in proprioception,balance ability,orientation ability,rhythm adaptation ability,action cognition ability and overall coordination ability,but there was no difference in response ability.(4)Principal component analysis was carried out on the data of motion coordination ability,in which proprioceptive ability accounted for 26.901%,dynamic balance 19.648% and static balance 9.369%.Conclusion: After 12 weeks of simplified Taijiquan training,college students have obvious enhancement in response ability,dynamic balance ability,orientation orientation ability,action cognition ability and overall coordination ability;in proprioceptive ability,static balance ability,rhythm ability,listening,hand and foot coordination;There was no obvious change in the difference of rhythm and feeling in rhythm ability.In principal component analysis,proprioceptive ability and balance ability are the two aspects that have the greatest influence on motion coordination ability.
