The physical development level of teenagers is improving,but the improvement of physical quality is not proportional to the development level.How to choose a suitable sport thatis benefit to the physical and mental healthy development of middle school students and also can improve the physical flexibility and coordination ability? From all kinds of research,the characteristics of mass aerobics and the physical ability to develop are closely related to the physical aspects of the teenagers in their growing years,especially the flexibility and coordination ability.At present,the mass aerobics research on the single physical fitness of high school students has involved cardiopulmonary,endurance,blood pressure,height,power and other physical quality indicators.The flexibility and coordination ability as one of the important qualities of the body,the related researchesare few.There is no quantitative analysis of the two quality test indicators yet.This paper will study the influence of mass aerobics on the physical flexibility and coordination ability of high school students through experiment and contrast.The main research method of this paper is the experimental method,selectingeighty high school students in Shangzhou district,Shangluo city,between sixteen and eighteen years old as the experimental object.Twenty students of male and female each were selected to do extracurricular aerobics exercisethree times a week,sixty minutes each time,as experiment group;twenty students of male and female each as control group,no physical exercise.After fifteen weeks,we compared the flexibility and coordination ability of the experimental group and the control group to reveal the change and influence of the high school students' flexibility and coordination ability after the mass aerobics exercise.Through fifteen weeks of experiment,the test data showed significant difference in seven tests of sitting position flexion(flexibility quality),arm leg vise twist(flexible quality),stick shift shoulder(flexible quality),twenty seconds across over and over again(coordination ability),twenty secondsburpees(coordination ability),standing long jump(comprehensive quality)and throwing solid ball(comprehensive quality).There was no significant difference between the control group before and after the experiment.The results show that:(1)In the experimental group,the test data of sitting position flexion,arm leg visetwistand stick shiftshoulder were improved,which proved thatmass aerobics can improve the flexibility of students' body in longitudinal,trunk and shoulder.It shows that mass aerobics exercise can improve the flexibility of high school students.(2)In the experimental group,the test scores of twenty seconds acrossover and over again and twenty seconds burpees were improved,showing that mass aerobics exercisedevelopedthe ability of the students' lower limbs to coordinate and cooperate.It is proved thatmass aerobics exercise can improve the coordination ability of high school students.(3)The distance between standing long jump and throwing solid ball is closely related to the flexibility and coordination ability of the subjects.Through the mass aerobics exercise to improve the students' flexibility and coordination ability,the experimental group's standing long jump and throwing solid test results have been improved.Therefore,mass aerobics exercise can improve the comprehensive quality of high school students.
