| After the change of modernization which Chinese traditional families have experienced, the family structure has core tendency, and the axis of family power has changed from the father-son relationship to the marital relationship. In this background, the rural women’s family status has undergone tremendous change, women gained unprecedented family voice, but also leading to some rural dispute for support related to the daughter-in-law. This study investigated the county in Shandong Wu, starting from a sociological perspective, power transformation in rural women in the family as the breakthrough point, analysis in-depth the transition of rural women’s family power, then seek the influence of rural women’s supply of endowment resources from the the transition of rural women’s family power, explore the motive of woman supporting the elderly.First, the status of rural women’s family power. As the society modernization changes impacted on modern family structure and family relations, family’s form increasingly turned to the nuclear family based on the marital relationship. Since the legal protection for gender equality and cultural support at the state at the macro level, and the recognition and affirmation from families to women’s contribution in economic production and housework. Compared to the past, rural women now have more social support and power for decision-making of family affairs, thus, rural women’s family status and power have greatly improved.Second, the influence factors of rural women’s family power. The ascension of rural women’s family power has been supported by the state at macro level, the influence factors of the micro level in family is the major focus of this study. Through the author’s investigation and analysis, found that the support from rural women’s mother family have a certain influence on the women’s family power, women’s mother family through the support of money and labor for women or the core family to strengthen their "forces" in the core family, highlighting their role and status, so that, through the accumulation of resources from the support of women’s mother family, women can set up their own strengths and enhance the family power and status. In addition, women by in-laws support resource accumulation, established their own strengths, enhance the family power and status. In addition, through the study of women’s housework time difference from that of their husbands, the author found that the more housework time women spent, the more family power women got. From the view of powers and responsibilities consistent, when women paid more time and effort in the family affairs, the greater the responsibility women should take, thus women should have more decision-making power of family affairs.Third, rural women’s family power’s influences on the endowment resources supply for spouses parents. This study point is the core issue of this article focused on. The study found that with the increase of women’s family power, women have more autonomy to dominate household resources. Based on a kind of rational expectations for the future and returns for gratefulness, women preferred to invest their resources to their children and their parents, so that, when women’s family power increased, women had enough power to devote resources to their children, or her family, rather than her spouse’s parents, which would reduce the supply of endowment resources for her spouse’s parents supply.
