In recent years, the great boom of postgraduate cause in China provides a strongsupport to the cause of education scientific research. Postgraduate education is in thehighest level of the entire educational system. As high-level innovative talents,postgraduates take up a tremendous amount of products and are playing an increasinglyimportant role in building an innovative nation. However, due to some malpractices ineducational and academic circles, the academic moral issue begins to emerge, such asplagiarizing in research findings, juggling experimental data, multiple submission,"freeriding" in signature, marking fake quotation and references and hiring surrogate examtakers. The violation of the ethical practices are not uncommon. And it will absolutelymake academic atmosphere faint, weaken the foundation of academic ethics, causeacademic abnormality, and lower the quality of postgraduate’s training. With the urgentneed to highlight academic discipline, the study of it is necessary to be carried out. Thisessay begins with the concept of academic ethics, and explain the contents of academicethics. Then I sum up the main performance of malpractices is summarized through theinvestigation on some postgraduate groups with related documents, and the thesisanalyzes a range of external and internal factors. At last, on the basis of absorbing relatedtheories and practical experience, some solations are provided to strengthen postgraduatea moral quality according to their own conditions and external environment.
