This paper makes a study of the postgraduate academic innovation ability from the perspective of institutional ethics. Graduate education is important stage for cultivating high-quality talents, academic innovation is the life of academic and academic innovation ability is an important subject of postgraduate education. With the proposal of building an innovative country guidelines and colleges innovation playing an important role in the community, universities of our country can't meet the requirements of the present in academic management system and ethics of academic innovation system, and build urgently college academic management system based on new academic ethics standard. The purpose of this study is to find out the limit of traditional management system training mode under the perspective of institutional ethics, improve the construction of academic innovation ability, and solve the new mode applying to the cultivation of academic innovation ability in the graduate education.In this paper, I adopted literature research and questionnaire survey method, analyzing the difficulties in research of academic innovation during master students: the weakness of master students in the viewpoint of institutional ethics, the blind area in cultivating, managing, and evaluating system. In this paper, I analyzed the problems of postgraduate academic innovation ability in institutional ethics from the perspective of institutional ethics, through the understanding of institutional ethics, combing the present situation of the institutional ethics problems in the current graduate student academic innovation. I proposed coping strategies in cultivating maser students of academic innovation ability: strengthening ethics and creating academic culture, strengthening the academic innovation practice, promoting academic innovation ability, optimizing academic management system and improving the mechanism of academic evaluation, to strengthen the academic innovation ability of master students.
