With the rapid development of technology, popularization and application of the Internethas dramatically changed people’s way of life. The application of the network has almostcovered the entire social system. According to the National Bureau of Statistics,600millionChinese people using the computer access to the Internet and mobile Internet users as much as1.2billion, while the internet moral problems are produced with the increasing users.University students as the largest group of Internet users, their worldview and values havebeen materially affected. Obviously, it becomes important for students which they how toavoid the adverse effects caused by the network, and how to use the network of university.In this paper, the status of the network of four university students network morality weredescribed and analyzed by the analysis of the status quo, clarify ideas countermeasures andmethods are came up. The first part analyzes the current situation of research and backgroundstudy from home and abroad, and introduce the ‘Network morality’, organize a network ofmoral characteristics, and sort out the importance of ethics in the network, and explain thenecessity of educating University Students’Network Moral.The second part lists the questionnaire and survey results which are released by statisticalanalysis. The questionnaire related to the basic profiles of university students, such as age,gender, profession, and their daily network activity. The results showed that the dailyactivities of university students’ network mainly are entertainment. The purpose of thequestionnaire is to investigate the current situation of students’network immoralities.The third section summarizes the reasons for students’ network of moral anomie, and themain reasons elaborated in the following four areas: first, university students are lack ofnetwork information discrimination, self-management skills, political awareness andself-consciousness. Second, investment in education schools is less than the speed of thenetwork, resulting disjointed between the development of moral education and universitiesnetwork. Third, the network legislation is imperfect and social supervision system is notperfect. Fourth, there is misunderstanding about family education. These four points are thecause of university network moral anomie. The author believes that only by the ways of cultivating the self-discipline can we avoidanomie and guide students effectively strengthen public opinion to guide and improve thenetwork supervision, stan dardize legislation and national policy, family attention andguidance to enhance students’ network of ethical behavior, so as to create a healthy andharmonious network environment, regulate the network of ethical behavior of universitystudents.
