Especially at the end of the 20th century, the related theory of entrepreneurial university quietly introduced into our country.and in recent years gradually become a hot topic of higher education research in our country.the rise of entrepreneurial university is a significant phenomenon of higher education in China,and has a profound influence on our country’s higher education.From the point of reality, this new type of entrepreneurial university education mode is active docking time request, in innovative undertaking.for school characteristics.and combining the teaching, scientific research and knowledge marketization.for national and regional economic development has made outstanding contributions.So, colleges and universities to cater to the development of entrepreneurial university.will the school teaching, scientific research and the combination of knowledge market process.the teacher’s role is changing.At this time the teacher is not only a "mission.putting to reassure",they actually also recessive plays a student role,organizer,entrepreneurs and other incentives.In their work at the same time, also need to set up the competition consciousness,innovation consciousness, cooperation consciousness.
