From ancient time to nowadays, the moral education have been running through thevarious stages and forms of education. For college students who are entering society, goodvirtue could provide the students basic guarantee for the good operation of socialenvironment. It is of much benefit both for the development of the cause of socialism, andthe establishment of the fair mechanism. Moral education is not only the process ofdeveloping their moral knowledge, but also a critical stage in which students turning theirknowledge into deeds. The moral education not only has a positive effect on the socialenvironment, but also has very important significance for the construction of spiritualcivilization and enhancement the national soft power. Only by carrying out the moralknowledge in the behavior, there would be a breakthrough of materiality in collegemanagement and thus achieve the effect of promoting plans and goal of training talents.With the deepening of globalization, inflows of foreign culture, college students’lack forthe ability to differ right from wrong, enables students inability to filter redundant orunwanted information. After the expansion of higher education, college students’ moralquality face a new test, moral education is in a dilemma which lack of the traditional moraleducation, target of moral education far from real life, evaluation system of moral educationneeds to be improved.In this paper, through the research and discussion, the importance of moral educationusing "the unity of knowledge and action" thought is proved. Only when this thought servesas a guide for moral education, the existing problems in college students’ moral educationwould be solved in fundamentally.
