| "Virtue" is the foundation of a person’s growth.The idea of morality has a long history in China.It was first proposed in 《Legend of Spring and Autumn Century by Zuo Qiuming》 that the highest pursuit of life is to establish virtue.In the new era of openness and pluralism,moral education not only inherits the tradition of Chinese culture and education,but also provides a direction for educational reform.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in an important speech that we should take "cultivating people with morality" as the center and create a new situation in the development of higher education.Moral education is an important way to develop quality education and cultivate talents who are morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and physically.China has always attached importance to the moral cultivation of people,the ministry of education has also proposed to take moral education as the first,education-oriented,attach importance to quality education for students,and cultivate high-quality talents for the society.We should focus on the socialist core value system to guide students to establish a correct outlook on life,values and world outlook.Secondary vocational education is an important part of China’s school education.Secondary vocational schools aim to cultivate skilled talents and high-quality workers suitable for the socialist modernization drive,so that students can have comprehensive vocational abilities when working in enterprises and achieve all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique and beauty.At present,there are a series of problems in the moral education of secondary vocational schools.In order to promote the development of moral education in secondary vocational schools,the moral education concept of "unity of knowledge and action" has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.This paper adopts the method of literature and interview to discuss the moral education mode and realization path of "the unity of knowledge and practice" in secondary vocational schools.The first part analyzes the ideological origin and theoretical basis of the moral education concept of "the unity of knowledge and practice",and discusses the moral education concept of "the unity of knowledge and practice" in ancient times and the modern moral education concept of "the unity of knowledge and practice" and its essence.The second part analyzes the moral education concept and the current situation of the secondary vocational school,so as to understand the current situation of its moral education.The third part analyzes the "unity of knowledge and practice" moral education problems and causes of secondary vocational schools,understanding the "unity of knowledge and practice" moral education problems,and from the students themselves,families,schools and other aspects,analysis of the causes.The fourth part puts forward the coping strategy,through the transformation idea,the consummation moral education content,forms the resultant force,the improvement appraisal mechanism,realizes the secondary vocational school student "the unity of knowledge and action",trains the all-round development high quality socialism builders,for the socialism modernization construction to transport the talented person. |
