In today’s society filled with a variety of evaluation activities, However, because of the complexity of the object, fuzziness of variables, incomplete of evaluation information and other factors, often need to build a group composed of several evaluators to be evaluated, use specifically way to integrated evaluate opinions of the group members into the final evaluation comments, this evaluation technique is the group evaluation. When a group is larger, or evaluation objects are large, or evaluation of the object or group members constitute too complicated, usually divided the evaluators or evaluation objects into several groups to evaluate, to improve the efficiency of the evaluation, saving the cost of evaluation. We call this group evaluation as "The Group Evaluation Based On Subgroups". The group evaluation based on subgroups increasing efficiency, but subgroup evaluation also brought some problems, such as the evaluation of the sub-populations whether the results are comparable to evaluate whether the assessment scale evaluation will affect such results. In this paper, based on subgroups from homogeneity and heterogeneity of two angles, design appropriate methods to correct subgroup evaluation results, making the evaluation results between subgroups were comparable.The first chapter is an introduction, mainly on the topics of the background and significance, and research ideas. This chapter also focus on reviewing related research at home and abroad, combing through previous studies found almost no presence on the evaluation of the main group, or evaluation of grouping objects exist, or both groups exist grouping evaluation techniques (ie, based on subgroup group evaluation technique) a systematic study, and thus the introduction of this research innovation.The second chapter describes the group subgroups based evaluation related issues. First introduced subgroups evaluated connotation and necessity. Second, the main yardstick for evaluation were analyzed, and the evaluation of the main evaluation criterion related to the assumptions made. Final analysis of the subgroup of the group based on evaluation of the problems will be encountered and made from a subgroup of homogeneity and heterogeneity of the two angles pair group method for correcting the evaluation results.The third chapter introduces temper homogeneous group based on the group evaluation correction mechanism. In the subgroup homogeneity assumption, the proposed method of treatment using standardized evaluation results subgroups and standardized information feedback mechanism combines Weighted with different mechanisms, making the group more focused views, but also the evaluation results more comparable.The fourth chapter describes the group based on evaluation of heterogeneous group temper correction mechanism. Since the presence of heterogeneity, making subgroup unable to unify this approach through standardization among subgroups evaluation scale. This chapter is designed to evaluate the main object grouping and evaluation of the four subgroups chain model to solve the heterogeneity. But also in the design chain information feedback mechanism combined with the exclusive right to weighting mechanism, makes the evaluation results more comparable.The fifth chapter is a summary of the research, and study the problems remaining to make outlook.
