Building “The harmonious socialist society" is a strategic task ofthe party and the state,and also is a system engineering. Efforts tobuild a better society, realize social harmony, is the modern humandiligently strive after the common social ideal. Education is animportant part of the harmonious social system, it’s also playing aleading, global and fundamental role in economic and socialdevelopment. The moral education in the schools ranked in first place,with the school’s educational complementary and mutuallyreinforcing, overall growth of students is significant for the rapiddevelopment of the school plays a very important role in promoting.Which vocational education and training high-quality shoulder theimportant task of grassroots workers and social development of thecountry, to provide professional skilled personnel. In recent years, asa major component of the system of vocational education insecondary vocational education part of the national attention by alllevels of government to obtain support and promote the rapiddevelopment of the next, but also exposed some obvious problems, inwhich the problems of moral education, it is an important factor in therapid development of secondary vocational education.Students in vocational schools and colleges and universities students are not exactly the same, Secondary vocational schools andgeneral moral education, moral education in colleges and universitiesare not the same. In this paper, the moral education in vocationalschools in process of building a harmonious socialist society for thestudy, After each of the concepts and content of social and moralharmony is explained, raises important role in moral education insecondary vocational institutions and social development, schooldevelopment and the development of the student body, the macrooverview of the harmonious society and relationship of moraleducation and moral concepts and connotations of harmony. Throughthe collation of relevant information as well as a large number ofvocational schools in Taiyuan, visits and investigations sectionsummarizes the current outstanding problems of students insecondary vocational colleges ideological and moral quality ofexistence and moral education in secondary vocational colleges auniversal problem that occurred during: Lack of vocational studentscareer aspirations, serious moral vacuum, poor mental capacity, lackof integrity and lack of self-control, moral education in vocationalcolleges unrealistic goals, Deviation serious moral content, moralmanagement is not in place and be taught by their own deficiencies,etc.related issues.Causes of these problems are mainly concentratedin four areas reasons: First, social reasons, the development of socialvalues and cultural influences from the market and the network ofmoral education in schools formed a shock; Second, the schoolreasons, utilitarian concept of education has led to a serious schoolmoral deviation, unreasonable management thinking restricts theschool moral education function, some teachers in the social development process leads to bad ideas reducing the effects of moraleducation in schools; Third, family reasons, unrealistic expectationsof parents for their children, their parents is low quality, parentingstyles, and other family factors causing extreme ideological andmoral quality child deformity; Fourth, the students for their ownreasons, the student’s negative psychological, and emotional neglectof pessimism effect of moral education in vocational schools had adirect impact. Moral education for secondary vocational institutionsexist related issues, Through the study of the foregoing, inaccordance with national vocational education for the ultimate goalof the foundation, Proposed to solve the problem of moral education insecondary vocational colleges some targeted advice and effectiveresponses: First, vocational institutions should establish moralsystem with the characteristics of vocational education, thedevelopment of rational moral goals, highlighting the focus of moralcontent, use of scientific methods of moral education, many ways tobroaden education, improve the management mechanism of moraleducation, strengthen teachers the building, in order to optimizeintegrated moral environment of the school; Second, to build a largeintegrated moral environment in which moral community extends toextend to the family, the education system to ensure the effectiveconnection of moral Trinity, the effect of moral education to ensureeffective and efficient; Third, the emphasis on cultivating students’capacity for self-vocational education, boosting force for theformation of moral education. In the process of building a socialistharmonious society, and to improve and strengthen professionalethics education in vocational colleges, vocational students and effectively improve the quality of professional ethics, to achieve bothability and integrity of the enterprise culture, society and grass-rootsworkers, thus promoting China harmonious economic and socialstability and development.
