The Research Of Solutions To Equity In Education In Harmonious Society

The education is the sill of the national development. The educational equity is an important part of social equity. At the background of the socialist harmonious society, the equity in education plays an important role in promoting not only the social members' self interests but also the stability and development. The educational equity is considered as a peculiar stretch of social equity. The equity in education in the background of harmonious society is a hot issue relating to ethics, education and economics. How to comprehend the equity in education on the point of constructing harmonious society; what is the actual condition of educational equity at present; what solutions and countermeasures can we adopt to promote educational equity? The above are the main contents in this thesis.This text conducts the exposition using three parts: The first part goes into the history meaning of the equity's concept and elaborates its'modern implication. "Equity" is a historic concept. The real, the completely equity and justice can carry out only in the communist system. Promoting educational equity has great functions in improving people's quality, preserving social justice and maintaining stability and development, etc. The second part, which is the difficult part of this thesis, analyses the unjust conditions and the reasons in educational field. Following the reform and open to outside world, the education develops quickly and achieves marked progress. But undoubtedly, a few problems exist in the meantime. The article aims to analyze the unjust phenomena inside and outside the educational system and interpret its reasons. The third part, which is the important part of this thesis, inquires the solutions and countermeasures for promoting educational equity in the stage of constructing socialist harmonious society. The solutions and countermeasures mainly includes: setting up the fair concept; readjusting the governmental policy for educational equity; enhancing law insurance; constructing the fair atmosphere.
