Research On Educational Method And Mode In Music Enjoyment Under The Background Of New Curriculum

In order to adapt to the current characteristic of educational development,Department of Education has continuously carried out educational reform since the20thcentury. The New Curriculum was one of its reforms on basic education executedin1999. Year2001saw the release of Outline of Curriculum Reform on BasicEducation. According to essential concepts of New Curriculum reform, Department ofEducation did unceasing exploration on the relation between theory and practice forthe past ten years. Finally, Department of Education in year2011formulated theStandards on Music Curriculum in Compulsory Education, making music curriculumobtain its new definition, and development for aesthetic education acquire itsqualitative leap.As an important section of music learning, experience and enjoyment is theindispensable portion in the entire process of music learning as well as the effectivechannel to cultivate the capability of beauty enjoyment for the primary and secondaryschool students. Primary and secondary period is the golden period for children’ssound development and it is of significant importance to cultivate students’ abilities ofmusic enjoyment and music experience. And among this period, students’ emotionscan be enriched, physical and psychological health can be promoted, and their culturalaccomplishment can be enhanced. By the investigation on current situation of musicappreciation education in primary and secondary school, we have a better idea aboutthe acceptance degree for music enjoyment education in current Society. By theanalysis and research, we find its existing problems. Based on the times backgroundand latest definition and the combination the traditional and modern educationalmethods, we research and endeavor to explore the most effective mode to motivatemusic enjoyment education in primary and secondary school in China to furtherdevelop in a sound and stable way. In accordance with the concepts of Standards onMusic Curriculum in Compulsory Education, this paper aims to seek a most effective way of music enjoyment, to stimulate students’ interest in listening and enjoyingmusic, and to develop the music listening habit. The final target is to enable thestudents to enhance the music enjoyment abilities, to cultivate perfect personalities,and to establish sound and noble value.
