Ten years has passed away since the New Educational Curriculum Standards had promulgated. The author had interviewed and researched the music education of six secondary schools and35primary schools tc summarize the problems of it. Through some analysis of teachers, school and ucational management department of music education, finding that there is a certain gap between the internal quality of music teachers and the requirements of New Educational Curriculum Standards. Under the certain circumstance of the lack of management, ideological understanding and investment, especially the lack of training of New Educational Curriculum Standards, the training, the organization and the guidance of music teachers does not meet the new requirements. For the teachers, school and educational management department of music education, there are certain ways to be improved. Teachers should continue to enhance learning, and constantly learn new nutrients, efforts to improve the education level, a careful reading learning new curriculum concept and spirit of, conscientiously implement the curriculum standards, school music teacher should organize learning new curriculum, regular training of teachers, good teachers’ growth and efficieni classroom construction signs and bridge approach, but also with space and quipment necessary for music teaching and learning activities. Education authorities should organize music teacher to learn, to do post-training and change of learning, seize the teaching and research, classroom research tc lead the school to support school renewal of equipment and site construction, id guide to help schools build a harmonious, happy, efficient mus classroom, to encourage schools to develop school-based curriculum. Curriculum evaluation, curriculum implementation should make proposals and recommendations in order to facilitate better and faster implementation of the new Educational Curriculum StandardsThe paper based on the analysis of real survey and interviews of front-line teachers, students and school leaders, summed up the problems in the new urban music education. For the improvement of these addressed issues, the schools, teachers and students need to carry out the new teaching methods of music education efficiently. Hoping these provided implementations of the new Educational Curriculum Standards could achieve some reference value.
