Through consulting a large number of HIV/AIDS related literature, includingreport literature, network BBS, periodicals, etc. Selection of respondents fromshenyang one NGO organization of service object, through the combination ofparticipation observation method and interview method, the real life after infectionHIV/AIDS patients and exclusion and discrimination, and the corresponding adaptivestrategy.This research mainly around the AIDS patients from the initial infection ofHIV/AIDS response, difficulty after infection, and the variations of survival strategyto describe the social adaptation of HIV/AIDS patients, mainly from the identity,economic survival and three dimensions to reflect social interaction; And analyzed thegay infection, blood, and blood transfusion infection social readjustment of two typesof people,summarizes the HIV/AIDS patients’ social readjustment four types, and forHIV/AIDS patients social readjustment problems put forward countermeasures andSuggestions.The main conclusion of this study was: this group the society to adapt to thesituation of HIV/AIDS patients affected by various factors. With the improving of thepublic understanding of HIV/AIDS, people’s positive attitude to AIDS patients havevery big change, but still have strong subjective in patients with HIV/AIDS alert andfear. HIV/AIDS patients in different degrees in the social life by discrimination andinequality, from the doctor, family, even the family also don’t understand, so lying toothers is the behavior of patients with HIV/AIDS strategy. People sell their bloodinfected with the AIDS virus is the victim of The Times, poverty is the culprit;Homosexual HIV infection group because the dualism of identity, but also on theidentity, marriage and other issues are under the pressure. Although the concept of social adaptation is a subjective strong, success or failure of HIV/AIDS patients’social readjustment still depends on the degree of tolerance of social environment,which requires the joint efforts of all the social members.
