Study On The Predicament And Countermeasure Of Professional Adaptation Of Social Workers In Drug Control

This paper focuses on the plight and Countermeasures of professional adaptation of social workers in drug control.By using questionnaire survey and interview,it explores the plight of professional adaptation of social workers in drug control in China,and analyses the reasons behind it.Finally,it formulates corresponding countermeasures for eliminating the plight of professional adaptation of social workers in drug control.In the process of researching on the vocational adaptation dilemma of social workers in the field of drug control,this paper starts from three dimensions: psychological adaptation dilemma,environmental adaptation dilemma and post adaptation dilemma,and points out that social workers in the field of drug control have some psychological problems,such as inaccurate role orientation,cognitive deviation and so on.There are also some problems in the field of environmental adaptation,such as the contradiction between social workers and their clients,and the difficulty of obtaining family recognition.Question: There are also some problems in post adaptation,such as inconsistency between salary and work,excessive labor intensity,etc.Based on these problems,this paper explores the root causes of the problems,and believes that these problems are mainly caused by arbitrary value judgment,non-governmental development of anti-drug social workers,lack of professional background and ability.In this regard,the state,society and drug social workers should constantly adjust to solve the problems of psychological adaptation and environmental adaptation of drug social workers by strengthening vocational psychological counseling of drug control social work through social work institutions and training departments,giving more support and affirmation to drug control social work by "service-oriented government",and emphasizing comprehensive literacy and professional competence improvement of drug control social work itself.To adapt to the plight of the post,help social workers in drug control out of the occupational plight,and better contribute to the development of drug control in China.
