With the effect of high presure of employment and multiculture, some vocational school students lack of sense of responsibility and are snobby, morally blind and self-conscious, which should draw much attention of the educators, because such problems can have bad effect on building up students’sense of value and philosophy in the future, and also effect their contribution to the secioty after graduation. Ideological guidance in vocational study is often ignored, so it has practical meaning.What it means is that we should guide them to be a all-round qualified successor with good self-control, full and healthy personality, who has knowledge, skills and ambitions. This philosophy of morality education should draw attention in both in non-professional study and professional study so that teahcers can develop students who have professional skills with high comprehensive quality. Currently, the problem of ideological guidance in vocational study is that there is not good enough relationship between teachers and students and teachers cannot develop students’ interest and potentail in study while improving teaching performance. The reason to scuh problem is that students’psychological growth hasn’t been cared about enough or guided by teachers. To solve the problem, we should consider the realistic situation like their feelings, life experices, social development, etc to guide and help them handle the daily difficulties and problems. The unique feature of this essay is that combining the school education with family education, ideological guidance is used in every school activities. Based on a lot of reading, this essay use a lot of ways like the literature analysis method, synthesis method, etc. Taking students at Hunan Internation Economic University as the object of the research, combined with the current situation of education management in university, this essay provides new philosophy of education for the education management.
