Career guidance in secondary vocational schools is closely related to the employment of secondary vocational students.An important secondary vocational education task closely related to social and economic development has ushered in a new historic development opportunity.In 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the"Professional Guidance Work Regulations for Secondary Vocational Schools" to put the vocational guidance work of secondary vocational schools on the development stage.The specific development of vocational guidance work in secondary vocational schools will eventually fall into the vocational guidance teachers.Therefore,the professional level of vocational guidance teachers in secondary vocational schools is a key factor in the quality of vocational guidance work.Studying the current status of the professionalization of secondary vocational instructors,exploring the problems in the process of professional development and the causes of these problems,which has important guiding value for promoting the professional development of secondary vocational instructors.Based on the discussion and combing of the theoretical problems related to vocational guidance teachers in secondary vocational schools,this study takes three secondary vocational schools in ShanDong Province as the research object,and the status of professionalization of vocational guidance teachers in secondary vocational schools through questionnaire survey and interview methods.Conduct systematic in-depth exploration.According to the investigation results,the corresponding problems were found,and the causes were discussed.On this basis,the specific strategies for promoting the professionalization of vocational guidance teachers in secondary vocational schools were put forward.According to the research topic,through the analysis of the current situation survey,this study believes that there are four major problems in the professionalization of vocational guidance teachers in secondary vocational schools:the professional awareness of teachers needs to be improved,the professional knowledge and professional competence of teachers are generally insufficient,and teachers are specialized.The development enthusiasm is not strong,and teachers are not highly recognized for existing training activities.Focusing on these issues,the reasons for the problems in the professional development of secondary vocational instructors are analyzed.The reasons mainly include the lack of effective training for teachers'professional development,the lack of effective training for professional development,and the guarantee mechanism for professional development.To be improved.Based on the problems and causes of the research,this study proposes the following four promotion strategies:establish the concept:form a mature professional concept,build a platform:set up professional organizations and groups,create an environment:standardize the training and assessment system,set standards:building professional basics standard.
