Since the1980s, the reform and opening up, along with economic development, the sports industry know as the "sunrise industry in the21st century," is developing rapidly. As the breach of the sports reform, Chinese football started to enter the orbit of industrial development, as the subject of football industry, the degree of professional football club’s industrialization will directly affect the future development of Chinese football industry and trends.In this paper, use professional football clubs of the Chinese Super League which registered in the Chinese Football Association and European Top Five Leagues’football clubs as the research object. Use methods such as literature, mathematical statistics method, expert interview, survey method and comparative analysis method, compared between Chinese and European professional football clubs in ownership structure, operating expenses and human resources. Analysis the development status and challenges of the industrialization development of Chinese professional football clubs under the current situation, explore the countermeasures of the industrialization development of Chinese professional football clubs.The study found that, the industrialization development of Chinese professional football clubs has the following main issues:1. Ownership structure is not clear, clubs as the market entity lack of voice in actual operation;2.Clubs’management mechanisms are inadequate, clubs’institutional setup are relatively simple, lack of experience in business operations;3. The level of industrialization of Chinese professional football clubs are low, most clubs deficit year after year. Take the Real Madrid club for example, the author think there are several main reasons leading to gap of the industrialization development between Chinese and European professional football clubs:1. Clubs’organizational structure are simple;2. Single means of revenue;3. Blind investment;4. The lack of professional talents. Directed at the current situation and request of the industrialization development of Chinese professional football clubs, the author suggests that:1. Deepening the reform of the system, draw the boundaries of property rights;2. Build a sound management system of professional football clubs;3. Improve business links and the management level;4. Emphasis on the development and utilization of intangible assets.
