Along with growing numbers,The employment problems of postgraduates are becoming severe. Some colleges or regional employment rate of postgraduates is even lower than undergraduate. While the female postgraduate as a particularity groups with female,ledge,youth, their employment situation is not optimistic because the restriction and the influence of various factors.Female graduate student is a group of women of the elite, received a good education, and all aspects of the quality is high, as the national valuable human resources,indeed, it’s employment is not only related to the development of its future development, also affect the implementation of the national talent strategy and the development of higher education, and even the stability and the construction of harmonious socialist society in our country.In addition, the recent research on female postgraduate employment problem at home and abroad, regardless of quality, the quantity is not a lot, and most of them are concentrated in description and analysis of the present situation and the reasons of female postgraduate employment problem, rarely with a certain theory as the instruction, and the research also lack the theory support. So, this paper will study the social support of the female postgraduate on alleviating the pressure during the employment, which has important practical significance t and theoretical significance.This paper consists of five parts:The first part mainly introduces the background,defining the concepts of the female postgraduate, employment pressures,social support and summarize the recently research about female postgraduate employment pressure and social support theory at home and abroad.The second part is the research design, mainly introduced the choice of research method and the implementation of the research process.The third part is the analysis of the survey,which is also the focus of this article, including the analysis of the female postgraduate employment pressure and the basic situation of social support during the graduate employment process.The fourth part is on the countermeasures and suggestions about helping the female postgraduate to reduce employment pressure in the perspective of social support theory and on the basis of the research investigation.The fifth part is a summary to this paper.
