Study On Psychological Stress And Coping Measures For The Female Postgraduate

Mental health issue of the female postgraduate hasn’t been paid due attention. Somepersons even think that they don’t have any psychological issues because they are the eliteof the young female with profound knowledge and vast view. However, suicide behaviorsof the female postgraduate have appeared frequently for recent years, thus the public turnstheir attention to these ignored elites and psychological issue of the female postgraduate isconcerned gradually by the academic circles.The paper adopts questionnaire methods to conduct a survey about psychologicalpressure for different university. The survey content includes the source ofpsychological pressure, the response of psychological stress and the responsecharacteristics of psychological stress. Present situation and influence factorsof psychological pressure are analyzed to find the reason which influences the femalepostgraduate’s psychology by analyzing and sorting the survey result, and the method isproposed to ease psychological pressure of the female postgraduate.The article involves five parts. The first part is the basis of research including the sourceand significance of the topic, literature review, theoretical foundation, researchtools, methods and steps. The second parts analyze the present research situation includingthe behavior e and coping style for psychology pressure. The third parts analyze theinfluence of pressure for the female postgraduate including behavior response under thepressure, the difference react between female postgraduates as well as the relation betweenpsychological stress and coping style. The fourth part analyzes the reason causingpsychology pressure and the easing measures is proposed from four aspects based on thosereason providing a feasible way to ease their pressure, this is the research value of thepaper...
