Oral communication as a modern people live, work, and learning essential way of communication, become more and more important. In recent years, many teaching goals, methods, new requirements and Suggestions are given by the Primary school Chinese teaching outline. Oral communication is rising in the position in Chinese teaching. Students learn to express, learn to listen, has the good daily oral communication ability, is not only an important objective of primary school Chinese teaching, students become more growth, the only way to success. New era requires students not only to have an independent personality, and advocate students self-development in the mutual cooperation, communication, show ego, through the harmonious communication with others, make oneself progress.Language is a tool for people living production, is the unity of instrumental and humanism. Learning the language we can not just to read, write Chinese characters, also want to use the language learning to speak, learn to express. Oral communication teaching is a process of two-way interaction, is an effective way of students to exercise self. Through the classroom communication training, students in communication in daily life can be more have the courage, confidence, can better fit into society, to adapt to the new environment. Research studies have shown that children to the age of six although already had stable verbal expression ability, can basically meet the need of daily communication, but there is still a big gap between the compared with adults. Primary school is the last stage of the children’s language learning stage. During this period of children system, standardized training in language communication, the most easy to accept students, teaching effect is best.Since2001, oral communication teaching reform has been carried out more than a decade. After education scholars of research and the practice of the first-line teachers, primary school Chinese oral communication course in our country in terms of standardization, productive, has had a very good change. However, because of oral communication are important short time later, theoretical research is relatively less, in the practice of good examples in oral communication. Chinese oral communication teaching still need to continue to improve. n this paper through the literature research and go to the elementary school classroom observation, the trainee, found that the present primary school Chinese oral communication teaching there are still some problems in practice. The author through the literature research and go to elementary school classroom observation, practice, suit the characteristics of primary school Chinese oral communication and students body and mind law of development, summarizes the primary school Chinese oral communication ability training principle, mode and method and evaluation ways. Hope that through the above strategy, can promote the development of primary school Chinese oral communication teaching, make students oral English, daily communication skills have further improved.
