From the primary school syllabus to the 2000 "nine-year compulsory primary school language syllabus" and then to 2001 "full-time compulsory education language course standard"(experimental version),oral communication has undergone a change and transformation,from"obedient,talk" to oral communication,its concept is more clear,With practical development direction,the goal is closer to students ' life practice,the communicative function is more prominent.All these indicate that oral communicative teaching is developing and changing towards the communicative function of language.2017,once again set off a wave of reform:the Ministry of the new textbook will be oral communication as a separate link from the practice of stripping out,and the determination of teaching,with a clearer teaching objectives,this is a major reform of oral communication.The emergence of new textbooks,in the primary school language classroom set off a huge uproar,fighting in the teaching of the first line of the broad primary language teachers,their oral communication classroom will happen what kind of change?How do they understand and implement the new textbook?This research from the elementary school Chinese oral communication teaching teachers,students,textbooks,Evaluation and so on,on this basis to understand the primary school oral communication teaching problems,at the same time,according to the existing problems,to solve,put forward corresponding strategies,in order to my school's oral communication teaching to bring some practical reference to improve the value of oral communication teaching,So as to improve the students' oral communicative competence.The article is as follows:The first part is the introduction.This paper expounds the background,purpose,meaning,method and theoretical basis of Chinese oral communication teaching in primary schools and summarizes the literature.The second part is the definition of core concept and the analysis of the oral communicative teaching part of the new textbook.This paper analyzes the contents,goals and characteristics of oral communicative teaching.The third part is questionnaire survey and analysis,this research in oral communication teaching related aspects of the investigation,namely from the administrative support,teachers,teaching methods,evaluation methods,students.The teachers were interviewed,from teaching materials,teaching methods,evaluation and their own accomplishment.Then the analysis of the current situation,the results are:teachers of oral communication teaching,the lack of literacy,teaching methods,single evaluation,students and families do not pay attention to.Students' language is fragmented and disorganized.The Forth part explores the teaching strategies of oral communication in elementary school.That is,the study of the effectiveness of oral communicative teaching in classroom practice;the strategies of oral communicative teaching combined with reading and writing teaching;The strategy of establishing evaluation system in oral communication teaching.
